Jesus IS the Radiance of God’s glory and you are found in Him!
“The Son is the dazzling radiance of God’s splendor, the exact expression of God’s true nature—his mirror image!” Hebrews 1:3 TPT
Today BE AWARE of His radiance upon you! Like Moses, when his face shone from being in the presence of the Lord (Exod.34:29), your face beams with His splendor when you spend time talking to Him, trusting Him and resting in Him.
“They looked to Him and were radiant, And their faces were not ashamed.” Psalms 34:5 NKJV
Unlike Moses, though, the glory of the Lord on you doesn’t dissipate based on anything you do or don’t do. The only thing that diminishes is your awareness of it.
The light on Moses’s face was fading away because he was just given the law. So he veiled himself because a law-based mindset keeps you striving for an approval that Jesus has already secured for you.
But GRACE opens your eyes to the reality that you are already and always accepted in the Beloved. His presence is not something you perform for but Someone you abide in because He has eternally arrayed you in His radiant robe of righteousness!
Today, choose to tear off that old veil of self-consciousness and let your face shine in the light of His countenance that is for you!
“But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.” II Corinthians 3:18 NKJV
When Jesus cried out, “It is finished!” the veil in the temple was torn from top to bottom, declaring once and for all that the way into His presence had been opened by His blood! Through His finished work, nothing stands between you and your Father!
Just be yourself with Him in all boldness and confidence of His never-ending favor over you that never fades away!
It is HIS goodness and faithfulness that make you radiant, not yours!
“and the goodness of YAHWEH will make them radiant. YAHWEH will bless them with grain, new wine, olive oil, flocks, and herds. They will be prosperous and grow like a well-watered garden, with no reason to be discouraged.” Jeremiah 31:12 TPT
Beloved, if you find yourself feeling down or depressed today, stop what you are doing and take time to be still until you sense His loving arms wrapped around you and His face gleaming with delight over you…
Then speak out these words over your heart:
“Despair and restlessness you must leave. My soul will hope in the Lord with a confident expectation of His goodness. Jesus, I am fully aware that Your radiance rests upon me, illuminating, influencing, and transforming every aspect of my life today.”
