Religion tells you to “Beware!” It convinces you that you must constantly watch your every move—analyzing your thoughts, monitoring your behavior, and measuring your productivity to ensure you’re pleasing to God and worthy of approaching Him.
Religion keeps your eyes fixed on yourself—on what you think you’re doing right, what you’re doing wrong, and where you’re falling short—rather than awakening you to your Father’s unwavering love, permanent closeness, and unconditional belonging in Christ.
But GRACE (JESUS) says to you, “BE AWARE!”… “Be aware of My steadfast love for you! Be aware of My presence in and with you. Be aware of My favor that surrounds you because I have made you righteous in Our eyes!”
Yes, GRACE whispers, “Be aware that I AM closer than your breath. I AM not distant in your mistakes, nor disappointed in your weakness. My delight in you remains. You are not striving for My acceptance – you are living from it. Focus on what I have done, not what you’re doing. Simply set your gaze on My smile and rest. My supply and your transformation flow when you abide in our unchanging union.”
