Annalee Reyes invites you to encounter the love of Jesus and hear from the Father.

This evening begins the Jewish Festival of Sukkot or Feast of Tabernacles. Five days after the solemn holiday Yom Kippur (which points to Jesus as our perfect atoning Sacrifice, John 5:39), this joyous festival is all about rejoicing and celebrating!
A sukkah is a booth (hut) or temporary shelter made out of branches from many types of beautiful leafy trees (olive, palm…) that the Israelites were instructed to make and dwell in for seven days commemorating their time in the wilderness (after the exodus from Egypt) in which God faithfully provided for them.

This evening marks the start of Yom Kippur, the “Day of Atonement,” the holiest day of the year for the Jews. In the Old Testament, it was the only day the high priest could enter into the inner sanctuary of the tabernacle (or Temple), the Holy of Holies. There, he would sprinkle the blood of an animal on the mercy seat of the ark of the covenant to atone for the sins of himself and the people of Israel.

What’s going on in your heart has a direct effect on what’s going on in your mind and ultimately what you are experiencing in life. That’s why it’s so important to believe right. “ARISE [from the depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept you–rise to a new life]! Shine (be radiant with the glory of the Lord), for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you!”Isaiah 60:1 AMPC
The moon has no light of its own, but reflects the light of the sun. So we have no light of our own, but reflect The Light of the Son as we simply rest and abide in His love.

“The mountains may be removed and the hills may shake, but My unfailing, steadfast, faithful love for you will never cease. My covenant of peace and completeness won’t fall apart,” says your Father. (Isaiah 54:10)
His perfect love for you isn’t going anywhere. It’s the only stable you can count on; the only Reality that remains.

In the fourth watch of the night when the disciples were stuck in the middle of the sea surrounded by waves of resistance, Jesus came to them walking on their torment. (Mark 6:45-52)

The only way we will see healing in the land is if we receive it for ourselves first, looking to Jesus only. There is no healing apart from Jesus. There is no peace apart from Jesus. There is no freedom apart from Jesus. And unless we hear, know and believe what Jesus suffered on our behalf – to give us His healing, wholeness, well-being, peace and completeness – we will continue to look to self, man, systems or natural means to get it (of which none can sustain you).
