This is one of my (many) favorite quotes. Life from The Center simply put is living life from the Presence of Jesus. Unhurried; without frantic busyness, frenzied days, panic or the need to have control.

We can truly become an overly busy people. Our natural propensity is towards “doing” because it’s within our flesh the law rages on seeking still to get us to do or perform for God in an exhausting effort to please Him.

We still think that somehow DO=God loving us. It’s a hellish state to live from. (He loves because it’s Who He Is). There’s a better Way.

The Supremacy of The Silent Saturday

”See these keys in My hand? They open and lock Death’s doors, they open and lock Hell’s gates.” Revelation 1:18 msg

In the Garden of Eden, the first Adam (man) gave up the keys of dominion and authority over every form of death to the prince of lies.

But while in the Garden Tomb, The Second Adam (The Son of Man), in His defeat of death, took back those keys from the ‘forever loser.’

Now, The King of kings hands us, His kids, the keys of the Eternal Kingdom so we can rule and reign with Him once again on the earth.

By entering into death Himself, Jesus annihilated the effects of the accuser who once held that power (Hebrews 2:14)..

Thank you Father for giving up Your Son for me this day more than 2,000 years ago. What You must have suffered watching Him suffer.

Thank you Father, for You planned for Him to be slain before You laid the world’s foundation.

You knew what man would choose and still You chose us because you are Divine Love.

Unshakable Hope In Times Of Shaking

Right now there’s a shaking going on. But that shaking doesn’t have to make you tremble. Don’t let it take up residence in your heart because Christ, your Hope of Glory, has made His home there!

The Power of Laughter

Guys, I get that we are dealing with a serious situation here and I’m not trying to make light of the hardships many are experiencing. But I have to be SERIOUSLY honest with you about the powerful health benefits of laughter!

Fear Not! Love Has Won!

Every fear we have ultimately has to do with the fear of death. But until you have heard the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ and to the extent that you believe it and put your trust in Him, you will not be able to let His perfect love cast out that fear and root you in His peace.

Take No Thought

The above is the Oxford Dictionary definition for the noun “thought.” In the Greek, the verb to take thought is merimnaō,: to be anxious; troubled with cares.

Have you ever found yourself analyzing your thoughts and being disappointed with them…especially because we hear so much about renewing our mind?

Guard Your Heart

No one cares more about your heart than the One who fashioned and formed it.

Jesus is most concerned with both your soul heart as well as your physical heart. And it breaks His heart when yours is anxious, hurt or heavy because He suffered so deeply so you could walk deeply in His peace and wholeness.

Not Guilty!

You better believe it’s a day for “NOT GUILTY!”

Beloved, President Donald Trump is not the only one who is acquitted! If YOU have received Jesus as your Lord and Savior, then YOU, child of God, have been acquitted, washed clean, vindicated, justified, set free and made the righteousness of God in Christ!

It’s so easy in our suffering to focus on being free from it or to obtain what we want. It’s also so easy, in these connected times, to see what’s going on in other’s lives and get focused on getting more or doing more.
