The Lord prompted me to go to Exodus 14 this morning. And when I read the first few verses, He said, “You are here.”
Exodus 14:1-3:
“Speak to the children of Israel, that they turn and camp before Pi Hahiroth, between Migdol and the sea, opposite Baal Zephon; you shall camp before it by the sea. For Pharaoh will say of the children of Israel, ‘They are bewildered by the land; the wilderness has closed them in.’”
Just before the parting of the Red Sea, the Lord told Moses to tell the people to “turn back” to a position that made no sense.
Does it feel like we’ve been set back? We haven’t. We are being divinely positioned for the perfect set-up!
“The wicked plots against the righteous And gnashes at him with his teeth. The Lord laughs at him [the wicked one—the one who oppresses the righteous], For He sees that his day [of defeat] is coming.” Psalms 37:12-13 AMP
God’s people were told to make camp facing a mountain called Baal Zephon. Remember, everything the Lord on High does is strategic.
Baal Zephon was not just a location, but a false god who the Egyptians believed reigned in power as lord over the sea.
The Lord told Moses that when Pharaoh (the slave-master, otherwise known as the satanic global cabal) find out the Israelites (America) had “gone backwards,” he’ll think their confusion has trapped them in the wilderness.
BUT GOD!
The King of kings is about to allow His defeated foe to pursue His “delusioned victory” to lure him into his demise in order to display the majesty of HIS sovereignty and might!
Remember my Word about this Rosh Hashanah 5787? The Scepter of God’s Kingdom is HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS! And He has made you the righteousness of God in Christ!
Use your blood-bought authority by partnering your belief with Truth! Praise Him because the battle belongs to the Lord and worship Him because it is already won!
What’s next?
We will see Who IS really LORD OF THE SEA and KING OF HIS COVENANT-NATION!
“When the many waters of the Red Sea took one look at You, they were afraid and ran away to hide— trembling to its depths! Your steps formed a highway through the seas with footprints on a pathway no one even knew was there. You led your people forward by your loving hand…” Psalms 77:16, 19-20 TPT
So hold your position child of God! Do not surrender your peace to an enemy the Lord has already said would be a nonexistent thing!
Sure, once the walls of their fraud, corruption and murder are pulled back, their short-lived chase to bring death and destruction will be on. But you will be shielded in the Lord of Glory Himself!
Then SUDDENLY they will be swallowed up in the wrath of God’s drowning judgment while the ones the Lord loves will arrive safely on the shores of His justice and jubilee!
Get ready to experience the greatest “crossing over” rescue mission since the cross!
Align with the Courts of Heaven by Stretching forth the rod of your mouth; the sword of the Spirit (the Word of God) and decree it!
“Fear not; stand still (firm, confident, undismayed) and see the salvation (Yeshua) of the Lord which He will work for you today. For the Egyptians (enemies) you have seen today you shall never see again. The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace and remain at rest.” Exodus 14:13-14 AMPC
“Sing to the Lord, for He has triumphed gloriously and is highly exalted; the horse and his rider He has thrown into the sea.” Exodus 15:21 AMPC
Resting In His Love,
