Every Pentecost is a marker in time for a fresh out-pouring and in-filling of the Holy Spirit for the body of Christ. But don’t just think of this as a corporate event. First and foremost, it’s a very unique and intimate connection with the Father for you personally as you receive a new level of His fullness.
At the beginning of this year, 2026, I wrote a Word the Lord gave me about our hearts being filled to the fullest they’ve ever been. He wants your heart established, satiated and secure in His love! You can read that love promise HERE.
This Pentecost Sunday, May, 24, 2026, is the second most important Pentecost since the birth of the church in Acts chapter two. On His kairos clock (God’s appointed time and season), it is time for the Lord Jesus to ignite His Ekklesia with an unprecedented oil-filling of glory in preparation for one of the most biblical time-points in HIStory.
This convergence of the ages is the entryway into His Glory Era and Golden Age! It is time for the multi-billion soul harvest to manifest in a designated time of profuse peace and prosperity.
Pentecost is a Greek word that means “the fiftieth day.” For the church, it is celebrated 50 days from the resurrection of our Lord Jesus. In Hebrew, Pentecost is called Shavuot. The very first Shavuot, under the old covenant, took place on Mt. Sinai with the giving of the Ten Commandments/law (the “ministry” of death that gives sin its power) 50 days after the first Passover. And 3,000 people died.
But the first Pentecost under the new covenant, took place in the Upper Room on Mt. Zion after Jesus finished purging every sin, taking all our judgement, becoming our every curse, conquering our death and raising us to new life in His righteousness…and 3,000 people were saved! (See Acts 2:41).
Beloved, we are no longer governed by the law which is a slavish prison of self-righteousness and “performancism.” We are now living in the freedom of the PERSON of GRACE – Who IS undeserved, unearned, unmerited, unclouded, unfailing love, favor and kindness!
The letter of the law kills; it brings condemnation and curses. But the glorious Spirit of Grace pours out LIFE and LIFE ABUNDANT! (See Romans 6:14, 2 Corinthians 3:6).
And that’s exactly what took place in Acts 2 when the fullness of Pentecost was being fulfilled after our King of kings was glorified. The gift of the wonderful Holy Spirit rushed in engulfing each son and daughter who had been waiting on the Lord to be endued with power from on high!
This baptism of flaming love and passionate fire now saturated these 120 believers (120= the end of man’s effort/religion and the beginning of the Spirit); equipping them to walk in the power of the Spirit. They were gifted their heavenly language (tongues) and gave birth to the church.
This fire is even revealed in the menorah which represents Jesus as the Tree of Life, the Light of the World and the Word of God. In addition, each of God’s feasts is “positioned” on the lampstand.
Pentecost, or Shavuot, lands at the center shaft (the shamash) which is a clear visual of Jesus; our Supply in our midst. It stands above the rest and gives light to the other branches. This is the heart of your Father, to freely give all of Himself to you.
When we lay down our lives in complete surrender to Him, He seizes us in the Source of all Life and we become like fireballs of His love to the world around us. Through complete dependence on Jesus alone, we move from living the natural life to living in the supernatural realm.
Once baptized in the Holy Ghost, we become a conduit of His dunamis power (resurrection, explosive ability and authority). And because we are anointed with Holy Spirit, we can go about doing good, letting Him heal through us those who are oppressed by the devil because King Jesus is with us! (see Acts 10:38, Mark 16:17-18).
Now is the time when Jesus wants you to step away from the rat-race of chaos and strife. Come back to the Upper Room; taking your place in Christ to receive the revival of His mighty Spirit Wind – the very breath of God – to fill and overshadow you.
He knows the refinement for His remnant has been rough. He knows the recesses of your heart need refreshing. It has all been plowed ground in preparation for the reaping of the richest restoration of your life!
Your distress is always His invitation to bring you into deeper intimacy with Him. His heart is always to give you a greater revelation of Himself; empowering you to walk in the power of His presence as He reveals His nature of profound goodness to you and those around you.
This Pentecost is the proclamation that “The Greatest Harvest On Earth has begun!” Papa God wants His children back and will shake whatever needs to be shaken to bring them home. In the midst of gross darkness, HIS unparalleled rescue plan and glorious global reset is blowing in!
Beloved, the baptism of the Holy Spirit is for you! You were born for such a time as this! Ask and you shall receive!
